Healthy Wednesday!

Most people doesn't want to hear about healthy food because they think it doesn't taste good.
Lets talk deserts, shall we? Who said a healthy desert, or snack, couldn't be delicious?
Actually, It can be tasty, nutritious and help your body feel better. Yes!
Here are a few of my favorite deserts or middle afternoon snacks...



 The base is pretty simple: Quark, natural unsweetened yogurt or natural greek yogurt.
Then, all you need is you imagination. You can add fruits, such as berries like in the
first picture or you can add any kind of fruits you would like. How amazing would it be
with tropical fruit such as dragon fruit and mango? Sounds delicisous!


If you want it to be a little bit more than just a little snack, you can always add oats
or Chia seeds. That will help you feel full longer! Plus, it's really good for you!
There are many ways to do it, all you need is a little bit of imagination!
