Healthy Friday!

Hi friends! I'm back with another Healthy post!
Health is so important and I believe that food is medicine!
If you give your body the right nutrients and if you treat it well,
you will only see many benefits. Health depends a lot on how you eat
but also on exercising! So let's eat well and get moving!

 I recently started a new series on my main Youtube Channel. You can
watch the first video here! Each Friday I'll be talking about health and
fitness and I'll give you tips on how to plan a healthier lifestyle!
On the blog, it's going to be Fitness Friday with a few fitness tips and
workouts! And I promise, nothing too crazy!

Recently I also decided to change my lifestyle! I decided to go partially raw!
And by partially raw I mean that I am now eating two raw meals a day.
So my breakfast is raw and my lunch is raw as well. For dinner, I usually eat a 
"regular" healthy meal or a vegan meal. I have to say that one of the big reasons
why I am not changing to a completely vegan or raw vegan diet is because I still want
to be able to enjoy my favorite restaurants with my boyfriend and eat a few meals once in 
a while. However, changing to two raw meals a day is already a huge improvement and
I am sure it will be really good for my body. I can already tell that I have more energy!
To help me with that process I am doing a program with a specialist in order to make sure
I do it the right way and that I eat all I need! And I feel fabulous!

  How delicious do those fully raw cakes look? I can tell you it was delicious!
I "baked" one for me and the second one for my boyfriend and he loved it!
