Healthy Wednesday!

We all know how important it is to have a healthy lifestyle!
But do we always eat healthy? Last year, I found out that
my cholesterol was pretty high, so I had to start eating clean.
At first, I thought it was the end of the world, then, I realize all the benefits!
I quickly realized that eating healthy was way more than I thought.
I start realizing that if I was going to look at it as a diet it would never work.
The secret is to make it your lifestyle, not just a temporary thing!
I started looking at recipes, workouts and motivation!
Very quickly I found so many delicious and nutritious recipes and I
started feeling better : physically and mentally! Because my body had more
nutrients, I was feeling more energetic, more active and more happy!


Today, I'm going to share with you a few tips on how to start your day with
a yummy healthy breakfast! We all know it's the most important meal of
the day, so it's very important to eat breakfast and to eat a healthy one!
I love pancakes for breakfast, it's a fact! So, I found a way to have them!
The first thing you have to do is to look at healthier ingredients.
That way, instead of using regular flour, I use oat flour. Lots of fiber and nutrients!
Instead of using regular milk, I use oat milk or almond milk.
You can also replace the eggs by adding the egg white only. Easy right?
Now, to make those pancakes you pretty much only need those 3 ingredients! 
Eat them with fruit or a homemade fruit sauce. It's delicious!



 Another one of my favorite breakfast are cute fruity jars!
I love to have mine with plan organic yogurt and fruit.
You can play with it and add everything that you want: plenty of fruits,
oats, nuts, your imagination is the limit! It's so tasty and a very good way to start 
your day! There is no excuse! Eating healthy doesn't mean that you will
eat food that isn't tasty. You only need to be a little bit more creative and you
will soon feel all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle!
